Ice Skating Competition

Last year, Kitty and his brother Peter, went to an ice skating competition.  It was the first time they attended such competition and they didn’t expect too much on the result.

  

   The competition started.  During the first round, they performed very well so they got the third place.  They were very satisfied and encouraged. ‘Let’s try our best to get the first place,’ Peter said excitedly.

   The final round came.  It’s their turn to perform.  Something unexpected happened.  Peter carelessly fell down on the ice rink.  However, all the judges thought that he had just done a beautiful act.

   At last, they got the championship! They decided to join the competition again next year.

An Accident in One Night

One night, it was already 12p.m., Dad was standing outside May’s bedroom.   He saw some light coming out of the room.  So, he knocked and went inside to check what she was doing.  He discovered that May was reading her comic book.  Dad was very angry because she didn’t sleep early.  Dad told May to sleep immediately.

He switched off the light quickly, went to his room and slept.  After half an hour, May was thirsty.  She wanted to get some water so she went out of her room.  At the same time, Dad wanted to go to washroom. 

Since it was very dark, both of them stretched out their arms to ensure that they did not bump on the wall. 

Suddenly, they bumped into each other and fell down on the floor.  Luckily, they did not get hurt!

An Embarrassing Experience

Last week, I went to a theme park called Animal World.  I suggested visiting the Panda’s House.  When I reached the place where the panda lived, I saw that the panda was sleeping.  I was very sad and disappointed.  So, I wanted to do something to wake the panda up.  Then, an idea came to my mind.  I quickly took out my water bottle and hit the glass wall hard. The panda was very scared so it ran back to its sleeping area. 

The zookeeper saw the frightened panda and came out to see what happened.  He knew what I had done.  He scolded me and drove me away.  I felt very embarrassed!   

A Caring Boy and a Poor Rabbit - The End

After that, Peter went back to the park and fed the rabbit with the carrot.  Suddenly, he noticed that the time flew.  “Oh, I’m almost late to school!  I must hurry!” shouted Peter worriedly.  Then, he put the rabbit into his backpack.

Immediately, he rushed to the school.  However, he saw the discipline teacher waiting for him at the school entrance.  So, Peter told him the whole story honestly. 

At the end, the discipline teacher called a taxi and went with Peter to bring the rabbit back to Peter’s home.
